Cancellation Policy
All services over $100 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will go towards your service total. This cannot be transferred. I charge a 100% service fee for cancellations, rescheduled appointments made less than 48 hours in advance or no call no show appointments. There is a 15 min. grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment is considered a no show and will be processed as such. If payment cannot be processed, you will be banned from booking until fee is paid. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Absolutely NO REFUNDS for services rendered.
